Route the request accurately
Application questions should identify the room type, ceiling system, mounting height and target light level. Controls questions should name the protocol, sensor strategy, emergency behavior and commissioning responsibility. Delivery questions should include the approved configuration, quantity, destination and required-on-site sequence. Warranty questions need the installed catalog reference, date code, observed behavior and site conditions.
What happens after intake
The first review separates known inputs from unresolved assumptions. A response may request an IES or LDT calculation, a luminaire sample, a driver compatibility check or confirmation of the applicable UL, CE or RoHS scope. Photometric results remain sensitive to reflectance, geometry and maintenance factors. Control response remains sensitive to wiring, topology, sensor placement and programming.
